  • LEGO Pokemon Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise (72153) Pre-Orders Back Up
by Allen "Tormentalous" Tran on January 14, 2026 at 4:29 pm

Just like clockwork, LEGO has restocked the LEGO Pokemon Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise (72153) and put it back up for pre-order on the LEGO Shop. The unfortunate thing is that the promotion for the Kanto Region Badge Collection (40892) is now over so you won’t be getting it if you pre-order now. I would highly suggest that you wait until February 27 to place your orders as LEGO will be running the promotion again at that time. One thing to note about LEGO is that they regularly restock their products. For those who are new, don’t go paying scalper prices for something that will regularly restock for at least 1-2 years. When the Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise went out of stock the other day, a lot of orders went straight to the secondary market and 2-3 times the retail price. I’m all about the free market but do know that stuff does come back even if the initial batch of inventory runs out. There’s no need to FOMO.
